RJ Reliance is a management consulting firm focused exclusively on HCM and WFM — the systems that run payroll, track time, manage workforce operations, and connect HR data to the rest of the business. We've been doing this for twenty years, across every major platform in the market.

Our client engagements span system implementation, system optimization, strategy and advisory work, and long-term managed services. What connects them is a consistent operating principle: the client knows their business better than any software vendor does. Our job is to build technology that enables how they actually operate.

We are platform-agnostic. Our primary co-sell relationships are with UKG and ADP, and we deliver against Paylocity, but the advice we give is grounded in what's right for the engagement — not in vendor preference. Where clients come to us mid-struggle, that independence matters.
