The work
RJ Reliance is a partner-co-sell consulting firm. The work comes through UKG, ADP, and the broader HCM and WFM platform ecosystem. We join pre-sales conversations to give ROI confidence, then deliver the implementation, the integration build, or the ongoing managed service.
The engagements that find us tend to be the ones that don't fit a vendor's standard project plan. Multi-EIN payroll. Prevailing wage layered on top of WFM. An integration stack the platform's professional services team won't touch. An academic medical center scale operation. A stabilization where the prior consultant left mid-build. The through-line is operational complexity that needs people who've worked through it before.
We don't ask candidates to fit a pre-defined role description. We ask what you've done, what you want to do more of, and where you see your career going. Then we figure out whether we can build that path together.
Where we hire
We hire across the four pillars of the practice and the adjacencies that show up most often in the work. There aren't open postings against every area in any given week, but the work is steady and the right introduction lands at the right time.
HCM and WFM consultants
UKG (Pro, Pro WFM, Ready, Dimensions) or ADP (Workforce Now, Lyric, WFM) practitioners. Implementation, stabilization, optimization, or managed-service delivery.
Integration engineers
Boomi-first because that's where the volume sits, but the broader integration toolchain matters more than any single platform. Hours-to-payroll, HCM-to-ERP, source-to-pay. Anything that crosses a system boundary.
Compliance specialists
Certified payroll, prevailing wage (Davis-Bacon, state PLAs), multi-union, multi-state, multi-country. The compliance shape that doesn't fit standard payroll modules.
ADP and UKG delivery talent
Partner-program-certified or working toward it. Co-sell engagements lean on certified bench depth, and the platform partnerships are the primary lead source for the work.
AI Solutions practitioners
