Robert Fulkerson founded RJ Reliance in 2005 to bring enterprise-grade HCM and integration capability to organizations of every size. Before RJR, he led IT operations at Bowne Business Solutions and later Williams Lea — a $2B global business outsourcing company then owned by Deutsche Post DHL — on a trajectory toward the CIO seat before founding RJR. His scope covered messaging, security, help desk, development, project management, and ERP infrastructure serving global law firms, investment banks, and pharmaceutical clients. That enterprise pedigree, including direct experience through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, shapes how RJR works today: enterprise discipline applied at the pace and price point mid-market and enterprise clients actually need.

Robert's personal depth sits at integration, strategy, and AI Solutions — RJR's integration stack is his direct product of 20 years of data-flow engineering across UKG, ADP, Workday, and the surrounding ERP landscape. He leads RJR's AI Solutions practice personally, building out the firm's next capability alongside the four pillars he's spent two decades delivering. Under his leadership, RJR has served clients across nearly every major industry — from 100-employee organizations to 100,000-employee enterprises, across public and private sector. Beyond RJR, Robert serves on the board and executive team of Northside Community Resources, a Chicago nonprofit he has supported since 2007.
