How we approached it
RJ Reliance took on the integration engineering work end-to-end, beginning with a clear understanding of what data the jobs dashboard needed and where that data lived within UKG Ready. Mapping the relationship between the two systems was a necessary first step before any build work began.
From there, the team designed and built an integration layer that pulls the relevant UKG Ready data and delivers it into the client's jobs dashboard in a structured, reliable way. The goal was an automated connection that would not require ongoing manual intervention to stay current.
Configuration and testing were handled with the client's operational context in mind, ensuring the integration reflected how the construction business actually tracks and manages job opportunities rather than a generic data feed.
The outcome
The client now has a functioning integration between UKG Ready and their job opportunities dashboard, with data flowing between the two systems without manual handoffs.
